When placing your order, it is essential to add your VAT number and all billing details.

    1. Log in to the Pilsferrer customer area.

    2. Find your order.

    3. Within the order, in the VAT section, you can click on the link to download the invoice for the corresponding order.

  • If you didn't  add all the billing information

    If you didn't add your billing details when placing the order, please write to us at shop@pilsferrer.com.

    And check the steps below for your next order. 

Steps to place the order

1. Connect your Pilsferrer customer account

Register or Create your Pilsferrer customer account.

2. Fill in the required information 

During checkout, if your billing and shipping information are the same, please fill in these two fields. 

If your billing address is different, please see the next step. 

3. Check the billing box 

If they are different addresses, uncheck this box and review the next step. 

4. Fill in your correct billing details 

Fill in all the correct billing details and everything is ready to pay for your order.
